Is there a membership fee?: There is no membership fee. You only pay for the services you use.
How often do you have flights?: We have flights from the U.S. 4x per week.
How often you have sea freight?: We have freight by sea once per week
When do customs fees apply?: Customs fees are only charged on packages valuing $100 USD or higher.
What are restricted items?: Toy guns, pepper spray, any form of weapons including swords, guns, ammunition, radar detectors, unprocessed meat, live animals, firecrackers, explosives, lighters and matches, camouflage, cash etc.
What are the opening hours of the overseas warehouse?: ⚠️The opening hours for our Florida warehouse: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Saturdays - 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM Sundays – CLOSED CLOSED ON ALL U.S. PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.
